A standard three-phase braking motor drives the magnetic coupling to generate a torque (the Z-maximum output torque of the coupling can reach 55Nm), and the drum is driven to work by a reducer. The permanent magnet coupler is a differential adjustment mechanism that outputs a constant torque to the cable reel.

When the rated torque is exceeded, the coupler slips. The power is driven by a permanent magnet coupler to reel in the cable, and the torque output by the coupler to the reel is adjustable, ensuring that the cable winding speed is synchronized with the running speed of the crane.
The torque type cable reel is widely used in large mechanical equipment that requires parallel movement, such as bucket wheel stacker reclaimers, gantry cranes, ship loaders, container cranes, tower cranes, etc. The power source and signal source are located at the midpoint or endpoint of the travel, and the power source and control signal are transmitted through the retractable cables of the cable reel. Select the required cable drum model from each table based on cable specifications (external dimensions, weight per unit length, number of power cable cores, number of control cable cores), cable capacity length, and voltage level.
